Bucs WR Chris Godwin clears concussion protocol, will play in Week 3

The Buccaneers were without one of their Pro Bowl wide receivers for Sunday’s 31-17 Week 2 victory over the Panthers, but it looks like Chris Godwin will be returning to the lineup in Week 3.
After missing practice for most of last week, Godwin has cleared concussion protocol and will play in Week 3.
Godwin led the Bucs with six receptions and 79 receiving yards in Tampa Bay’s loss in Week 1 to the Saints but took a blow to the head late in the game that eventually caused him to miss Sunday’s win.
A key cog in Tampa Bay’s offense, Godwin is one of the most complete pass-catchers in the NFL, and will be a welcome sight when he returns to the huddle for the Bucs this week
