Chris Godwin on if he thought his availability on Sunday night would be a game-time decision: “I would imagine so, yes.”

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin could make his return Sunday night against the Dallas Cowboys, but it might come down to the wire.
Godwin was asked whether or not his availability for the team’s season opener would be a game-time decision, and he answered in the affirmative (via team senior writer Scott Smith).
The Pro Bowl pass-catcher suffered a season-ending knee injury in Week 15 of last season, and has been working hard to return after surgery.
Godwin has progressed throughout training camp from light running to individual and team drills, and shed his knee brace earlier this week. Even so, he as remained in a non-contact jersey during practice.
