Bucs stand pat as NFL trade deadline passes

Tuesday’s 4 p.m. NFL trade deadline came and went without a single move from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The NFL trade deadline came and went with crickets from One Buc Place.

Despite multiple areas of need, and key injuries testing their depth on both sides of the ball, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers allowed Tuesday’s 4 p.m. ET deadline to pass without making any moves to improve their roster.

This could be a sign that Tampa Bay is expecting some of those players to return from injury sooner than later, but fans are sure to be wondering whether or not the team should have been more aggressive in addressing their biggest needs, such as a pass rusher to replace Shaq Barrett, who is out for the season with a torn Achilles.
