Bucs returning more players from 2023 than almost every other NFL team

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have nearly 80 percent of last year’s roster returning for the 2024 season

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are currently riding a three-year streak of NFC South titles, and four straight trips to the playoffs.

That bodes well for 2024, as the Bucs are returning nearly 80 percent of last year’s roster, which kept the streak going despite many expecting them to regress in a big way following Tom Brady’s retirement.

Instead, Baker Mayfield had a career year in Tampa Bay last season, and he’s one of many key veterans returning on both sides of the ball as the Bucs look for a fourth straight division championship.

Only the Green Bay Packers have more of their roster returning for the 2024 season than Tampa Bay.
