Bucs make it official, announce new additions to coaching staff

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have confirmed previous reports from earlier this month with an official announcement of the new additions

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have officially announced some new additions to their coaching staff, confirmed reports from earlier this month.

The announcement includes George Edwards as outside linebackers coach, Skip Peete as running backs coach, and Brad Idzik as wide receivers coach.

Thad Lewis is being promoted from assistant wide receivers coach to quarterbacks coach under new offensive coordinator Dave Canales, while Jeff Kastl has rejoined the staff as an offensive quality control assistant.

Offensive line coach Joe Gilbert, tight ends coach John Van Dam, and assistant head coach/run game coordinator Harold Goodwin have all been retained, as well as longtime offensive assistant Tom Moore.
