The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced this week that they’ll be having a “Red Out” game this season when they host the Las Vegas Raiders at Raymond James Stadium on Sunday, December 8th for a 1 p.m. ET kickoff.
The official release from the team encourages all fans in attendance to wear red, and you can bet the team will be donning their home red jerseys to match.
For most of their early-season home games, the Bucs are known for typically wearing their white away jerseys, forcing visiting teams to wear darker colors in the hot and humid Florida weather. But with this game taking place in December, the home team will be in their standard home jerseys to match the fans in the stands.
This game will also be a rematch of Tampa Bay’s first Super Bowl win back in 2002, a dominant 48-21 victory over the then-Oakland Raiders.
