Bryce Young holds off C.J. Stroud in Week 3’s Heisman Poll

Bryce Young continues to lead the way.

The college football season is roughly a quarter of the way through after Week 3 came to a conclusion on Saturday.

With the conclusion of last week’s games, the College Wire’s site editors once again voted on the Heisman Poll. In this week’s edition you will find the usual suspects such as Bryce Young, C.J. Stroud, Caleb Williams, and Stetson Bennett. This week saw the return of Dillon Gabriel to the poll after the Sooners throttled Nebraska on Saturday. Three new quarterbacks joined the poll for the first time.

As far as the non-quarterbacks, we have Bijan Robinson leading the way after a dominating performance against UTSA and Will Anderson nipping at his heels. Brock Bowers became the first tight end to be named to the poll after his performance against South Carolina.

Each editor picked their top three choices with the top candidate receiving five points, the second choice receiving three points, and the final choice receiving one point.

We break down how each of our 13 candidates fared in the poll, ties are listed in alphabetical order.
