Bryan Harsin talked about his decision move on from Cornelius Williams

Bryan Harsin talked about his decision to move on from Cornelius Williams.

After the win over Georgia State, Auburn moved on from wide receivers coach Cornelius Williams.

Harsin made some comments about it during his Monday press conference.

“Cornelius Williams is a good man,” Harsin said. “He’s very professional. I felt like for us moving forward, we needed to make a change. I’m excited about Eric Kiesau. He brings a lot of knowledge to that position.”

Harsin wished Williams well moving forward. He mentioned that he did a good job for Auburn during his time on the staff.

Kiesau spent time working for Harsin while at Boise State. He was the offensive coordinator for the Broncos in 2019 and 2020. He was the receivers coach at Boise State in 2017 and 2018.
