As we continue to countdown to the start of the UCLA Bruins football team, one of the Bruins starters on the defensive side posted his hype video on Twitter.
Jaylin Davies, a redshirt Junior, who played his high school football at Mater Dei High School, and is from Rancho Cucamonga has been with the Bruins since the spring quarter of 2022.
A season ago, Davies played in 13 games and started in 12 of them. He led the Bruins in pass breakups and had a season-high six tackles twice last season. In the game against USC, he forced a fumble, which returned for a Bruins touchdown.

Davies projects to be to be a starter for the Bruins along with linebackers Kain Medrano and Oladejo Oluwafemi. Jadyn Marshall is listed as his backup, while Ramon Henderson and Bryan Addison are listed as the starting safeties.
