With the Tampa Bay Buccaneers suffering another loss on Sunday, head coach Bruce Arians is continuing to throw quarterback Tom Brady under the bus.
Brady went 27 of 41 on the afternoon for 345 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions. Nevertheless, it was not enough to squeak by the Kansas City Chiefs, as Patrick Mahomes and company were able to come away with the victory in what was a highly anticipated match up.
Following the game last night, Arians seemed to defer blame to Brady, telling Michael Silver that Brady picks all the plays now. Arians indicated that this move to Tampa was still a growing process for his quarterback.
Bruce Arians, to me last night, on Tom Brady: "He picks all the plays now. We call what he picks. We just have to get better. He's getting more comfortable every week. We're getting close." (Note: Arians was upbeat about Brady's skillset. This is a process.) More on The Aftermath

It seems Arians wants to broadcast that he has made the adjustments to accommodate Brady — and the quarterback is still coming up short. That runs contrary to what some are seeing in the media.
"Right now Bruce Arians is wasting Tom Brady. He got served on a silver platter the greatest quarterback to ever play, and all you had to do was use him the right way."

As the situation develops, it will be interesting to see if the Buccaneers to make any adjustments moving forward.
