The injury news just keeps pouring on for the Cleveland Browns. Despite already being down their starting quarterback, backup quarterback, star running back, both offensive tackles, and more, they get another bout of poor injury news. After leaving the loss to the Los Angeles Rams with a head injury, wide receiver Amari Cooper has officially been diagnosed with a concussion.
Leaving in the first quarter after taking a hard hit over the middle, Cooper was ruled out the rest of the game as the teams went into the locker room for halftime. As they now get set to take on the Jacksonville Jaguars, it is unlikely that Cooper clears the concussion protocol in time to suit up in this Week 14 matchup.
For the Browns, they got receivers to step up in the absence of Cooper, however. The Browns will need Elijah Moore and company to step up again in his presumed absence this week as well.
