[autotag]Cade York[/autotag] is perhaps the greatest placekicker to ever play for LSU, and that resulted in a fourth-round selection in the 2022 NFL draft.
However, York had an inconsistent rookie season. He went 24 of 32 on field goals, and three of his misses came under 40 yards. Now, his 2023 campaign isn’t off to the best start.
In the Cleveland Browns‘ 18-18 tie against the Philadelphia Eagles in Thursday night’s preseason game, York had two chances to win the game but missed both potential game-winning field goals.
Despite York’s struggles, Cleveland coach Kevin Stefanski said after the game the team isn’t looking to add another kicker and remains confident in York.

The former LSU star will hope to turn things around as he prepares to begin his second season.
