After two disappointing seasons, the Cleveland Browns are set to release their former third round pick in wide receiver Anthony Schwartz (according to Brad Stainbrook of The OBR). The Browns have now cut three players today as they look to get their roster down to 53 players.
There is a chance the Browns could look to add Schwartz to the practice squad if he clears waivers. However, Schwartz will need to decide if he would like to give a career in track and field another go after starting his life in the NFL.
