The Cleveland Browns added a defensive tackle to their active roster today in Ben Stille but lost one from their practice squad. After signing to the Cleveland practice squad after a tumultuous showing from the defensive tackles against the Atlanta Falcons, Tyeler Davison is now off to California as he has signed a contract with the Los Angeles Chargers.
Davison was never called up to the active roster on gameday from the practice squad, and that speaks volumes given the structure of the current defensive tackles in Cleveland. As a snowy day is ahead in Buffalo, the Browns are down a defensive tackle option to call up for gameday on Sunday.
#Chargers are signing DT Tyeler Davison off the Browns practice squad, per source. Davison is a seven-year veteran with 90 career starts for the Saints and Falcons.
