Browns gameday 55-man roster vs. Broncos after two practice squad elevations

The Browns have brought their gameday roster to 55 against the Broncos…

Yet again, the Cleveland Browns are going to battle with a backup quarterback as rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson will make his third career start against the Denver Broncos. Looking to advance to 8-3 on the season and move their winning streak to four games, the Browns will have their work cut out for them against the red-hot Broncos.

The Browns have been battle-tested by continuous injuries, most recently safety Rodney McLeod who has hit Injured Reserve with a bicep injury. They did, however, get linebacker Jordan Kunaszyk back from IR this week as well. However, to compensate for their injuries in the secondary, the Browns have elevated two defensive backs from the practice squad as well. Both cornerback A.J. Green III and safety Tanner McCalister have been added to the active roster for this game.

Here are the 55 players now on Cleveland’s gameday roster before they announce their inactives against the Broncos. Expect the Browns to name between four to six players who will not dress in this Week 12 matchup.
