As the trade deadline races to a conclusion in just over an hour, the Cleveland Browns continue to field phone calls on running back Kareem Hunt. According to The OBR’s Brad Stainbrook, the phone lines are active, but the Browns “won’t be giving him away for nothing.”
Earlier today, Josina Anderson reported the Browns prefer to keep Hunt as well, meaning they have a price in mind. If they are not offered that price, then expect Hunt to play out the last nine games of his contract in an orange and brown uniform.
The NFL has been active today, and with the 4 PM EST deadline looming, more moves are sure to be made. Will Hunt be one of them?
#Browns continue to get calls on Kareem Hunt. We’ll see. Won’t be giving him away for nothing.
