The rain on the Cleveland Browns continues to pour. A day after several key players tested positive for COVID-19, head coach Kevin Stefanski has now also tested positive. The news was first reported by ESPN’s Kimberley Martin.
The Browns head coach has recently received his booster shot, but the positive test means he must remain away from the team. With the team in enhanced COVID-19 protocols, all meetings were going to be done remotely anyway.
Stefanski missed the team’s wild card playoff win against the Pittsburgh Steelers last season after testing positive. If he can test negative twice before Saturday’s late-afternoon game against the Las Vegas Raiders, he will be back on the sidelines.
