Browns add a sixth defender to the injury report as questionable vs Ravens

The Browns may be down yet another player after a young player was a late addition to the injury report

Second-year cornerback will enter the Week 18 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens listed as questionable.

He was a late addition to the list as the Browns had already released their injury report with five players initially reported as questionable. Those players are running backs Jerome Ford and Pierre Strong Jr., defensive end Ogbo Okoronkwo, defensive tackle Dalvin Tomlinson, and tight end Blake Whiteheart.

He is listed as questionable due to a knee injury.

Mitchell, projected to start in this game with Denzel Ward (who was named to his fourth Pro Bowl today) also out, may miss a key opportunity to get a start under his belt and plenty of snaps on tape. If Mitchell cannot go, the Browns may be reduced to starting rookie seventh round pick Myles Harden opposite of Martin Emerson Jr.

If Mitchell cannot go, expect Kahlef Hailassie to be elevated from the practice squad for this Week 18 showdown as well. He may already be considered as an elevation due to the injury to Ward.
