Denver Broncos wide receiver Jerry Jeudy has the sixth-best odds to win the NFL’s Offensive Rookie of the Year award, according to BetMGM.
Here’s a look at the ten players with the best odds to win the award:
1. J. Burrow | +240 |
2. C. Edwards-Helaire | +600 |
3. T. Tagovailoa | +900 |
T-4. D. Swift | +1000 |
T-4. J. Taylor | +1000 |
6. J. Jeudy | +1200 |
T-7. C. Lamb | +1400 |
T-7. J.K. Dobbins | +1400 |
9. H. Ruggs III | +1800 |
10. J. Herbert | +2000 |
Placing a $100 bet on Jeudy would win a payout of $1,300 (including the stake) if he won the award but it would be a risky bet because quarterbacks are more likely to win this award and some of the running backs drafted this year could have larger roles than Jeudy will have in 2020.
Jeudy is a great long-term prospect for Denver but he will be sharing targets with Courtland Sutton, KJ Hamler and Noah Fant so it will be hard for him to put up big numbers as a rookie.
The Broncos also have two Pro Bowl running backs (Melvin Gordon and Phillip Lindsay) so the team will likely try to establish a strong running game, which hurts Jeudy’s potential to rack up receiving stats.
