The Denver Broncos won’t be revising their primary uniforms until at least 2023 (and perhaps not before 2024), but they are going to break out alternate uniforms three times this season.
Denver plans to wear alternate blue uniforms against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday Night Football in Week 3, marking their first uniform variation of the season.
Despite playing at home, the Broncos are considered 1.5-point underdogs against the 49ers after a shaky start this season. Denver will aim to upset San Francisco in the national spotlight on SNF.
Later in the year, the Broncos will wear their all-orange Color Rush uniforms against the Las Vegas Raiders at home in Week 11. After that, Denver will wear its blue alternate uniform against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday Night Football in Week 14.
The Broncos will hope to fare better in alternate uniforms this season after going winless in alternates over the last two years (0-6 since 2020).
