Broncos release injury report: 2 players given rest days

Broncos DL Zach Allen and OL Ben Powers were given rest days on Wednesday. Backup OL Frank Crum was held out with an illness.

The Denver Broncos have released their Wednesday injury report and a pair of players — defensive lineman Zach Allen and guard Ben Powers — were listed as having “rest” days. Allen was limited and Powers did not participate.

Additionally, backup offensive tackle Frank Crum was held out with an illness. Everyone else on the injury report — running back Tyler Badie (back), pass rusher Nik Bonitto (wrist) and linebacker Justin Strnad (heel) — fully participated on Wednesday.

The Broncos will practice again on Thursday and Friday before releasing a final injury report with game statuses for Sunday’s clash with the Kansas City Chiefs. Denver can clinch a spot in the NFL playoffs with a win in Week 18.
