The Broncos’ season ended on Dec. 29, just over a week ago. Six days after Denver’s 16-15 win over the Raiders, Miller was already in the Bay Area working out, preparing for the 2020 NFL season.

Miller spoke about his plans to work out in the Bay Area on Dec. 26.
“I just want to get back to San Francisco, get back on the sand, stairs and stuff and mix that high-intensity training with basic weight room training,” Miller said last month. “I want to go to Cal and like work out in the weight room and do simple football drills and stay on the field.
“I’m going to try and mix it up with the San Francisco stuff that I’ve done in the past with traditional weight room work out.”
Miller was healthy for 15 games in 2019, totaling 46 tackles and eight sacks. That marked the first time since 2013 that he ended a season without double-digit sacks. Miller will be motivated to get back to 10-plus sacks in 2020.
