Broncos line up with 10 men on first play in memory of Demaryius Thomas

The Denver Broncos honored the late Demaryius Thomas on their first offensive play

Wow. Talk about a powerful statement about what a player meant to an organization.

The Denver Broncos played their first game since the death of former star wide receiver at the age of 33.

And on Sunday, when the Broncos’ offense took the field, it had 10 men.

The team made the decision to leave a wide receiver spot vacant to honor the memory of Thomas, who had 665 catches for 9,055 yards with the Broncos.

Well played by the Denver organization.
