Broncos injuries: WR Courtland Sutton did not practice Thursday

Broncos safety Justin Simmons (illness) missed practice Thursday and receiver Courtland Sutton (concussion) also remains sidelined.

Denver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton (concussion) remains in the concussion protocol and missed practice again on Thursday, according to the team’s injury report.

After missing two days of practice, Sutton might be trending toward not playing against the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday.

Elsewhere on the injury front, outside linebacker Baron Browning (concussion) and tight end Greg Dulcich (hamstring/foot) also remained sidelined with injuries, and several players are sick.

Denver pass rusher Nik Bonitto (knee) returned to practice this week after missing the team’s last two games.
