Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson (hamstring) was limited at practice on Thursday and he has an uncertain status for Sunday’s game against the New York Jets.
Wilson said he’s “feeling better every day” on Wednesday, and he hopes to play this weekend. There’s no guarantee the QB will be cleared to play, though. If Wilson does not recover in time for Sunday’s game, Brett Rypien is expected to start in his place.
Elsewhere on the injury front, inside linebacker Josey Jewell (knee) returned to practice on a limited basis.

The Broncos will practice again on Friday before releasing a final injury report with game statuses for Sunday.
After hosting the Jets at Empower Field at Mile High, Denver will travel to London for a “road” game against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 8.
