“If we can create more excitement around it (CFP) then I don’t think you’ll see a single ‘no’ vote against it (expansion in 2020 CFP”
He went on to say in normal years he wouldn’t be opposed to expanding the playoff either:
“Well there are five Power Five conferences and we’re an independent so I’d like to at least see six”
