Brendan Allen goes on call out frenzy, asks for Sean Strickland, Chris Curtis, Jack Hermansson, Dricus Du Plessis

Brendan Allen went on a callout frenzy after UFC Fight Night 220: Sean Strickland, Chris Curtis, Jack Hermansson and Dricus Du Plessis.

LAS VEGAS – [autotag]Brendan Allen[/autotag] wants to fight just about everyone.

The UFC middleweight is amped after he extended his winning streak to four Saturday. Allen (21-5 MMA, 9-2 UFC) submitted jiu-jitsu specialist Andre Muniz (23-5 MMA, 5-1 UFC) in the UFC Fight Night 220 main event in Las Vegas. It arguably was the biggest win of his career.

Looking ahead, Allen listed several names he’d like to fight next.

“I’m trying to fight everyone in this b*tch,” Allen told Michael Bisping in his post-fight interview. “But for me, I want to run it back with Sean Strickland (and) Chris Curtis. Let’s run that back.

“And if neither of those two work, let’s go Jack Hermansson. We were supposed to run it a couple of times. Let’s officially run that. If not, Dricus Du Plessis, no matter what happens next weekend, you’re still ahead of me. Let’s get this sh*t.”

Following the win, once Allen was backstage and with a cooler head, he stood by his comments in the octagon. However, he’s mainly interested in fighting ranked opposition. If he doesn’t get the requested names, he’ll still continue to do his job.

“At this point, I’m not really trying to chase anything,” Allen told reporters backstage. “I’m a super competitive guy. I like Sean and Chris, I think they’re very good guys. We talked for 40 minutes at the UFC PI in the cafeteria. So it’s just business and there’s a lot of eyes if I fought Strickland again, especially me coming off a win and him having fought the champion before, so that sets a statement.

“I understand how this business works a little bit, so I’m Ok with fighting someone new. That’s why I gave two names, Dricus and Jack (Hermansson). Me and Jack were supposed to fight a couple of times, but it didn’t happen. … So I don’t care who it is. We can run it whenever, wherever. I’m the best in the damn world, and I’m going to keep showing that.”
