Wisconsin basketball freshman forward Gus Yalden entered the transfer portal on Thursday morning.
He joined the Badgers as a four-star recruit and the No. 122 overall player in the class of 2023. The highly touted prospect and center of fan excitement did not play for Wisconsin in 2023-24 and did not travel to road games once Big Ten play began.

He is the fourth member of the Badgers’ roster to enter the portal this offseason, joining Connor Essegian, Ross Candelino and Luke Maertle. Star guard A.J. Storr also appears to be on the way out after declaring for the 2024 NBA draft earlier this week.
