There is fast, and then there Henry Ruggs III. The former Alabama wide receiver was among the participants in the 2020 NFL Scouting Combine, which has taking place all week.
After a lot of speculation surrounding whether or not Ruggs would be able to break the 40-yard dash record time set by former Washington wide receiver John Ross in 2017, the Montgomery (Ala.) native finally took the stage.
Spoiler alert: Ruggs hasn’t broken the record… yet. He’s still got one more attempt.

Ruggs managed to pun a blazing 4.28 on the first attempt. Can he beat the record on his second?
