After the Boston Celtics advanced from the play-in stage to earn a matchup against the Brooklyn Nets, the dates have been set for the first four games of the series for the Nets.
The Celtics will travel to Brooklyn for Game 1 on Saturday and Game 2 on Tuesday. The Nets will then travel to Boston for Friday’s Game 3 matchup which carries over to their Game 4 battle later that Sunday on May 30th. Games 5-7 are to be announced if necessary.
Game 1: Celtics at Nets, 8 p.m. ET – Saturday, May 22
Game 2: Celtics at Nets: 7:30 p.m. ET – Tuesday, May 25
Game 3: Nets at Celtics, 8:30 p.m. ET – Friday, May 28
Game 4: Nets at Celtics, 7 p.m. ET – Sunday, May 30
Game 5: (if necessary): Celtics at Nets – Tuesday, June 1
Game 6: (if necessary): Nets at Celtics – Thursday, June 3
Game 7: (if necessary): Celtics at Nets – Saturday, June 5

It’s going to be really interesting to see if the Celtics can keep up with Brooklyn’s scoring. It’ll also be important to see how the Nets defend in this series because they will have to constantly improve on this end of the floor throughout the entire playoffs in order to win it all.
