With very few details available, the Dallas Cowboys have cancelled both practice and media availability for all players and coaches on Tuesday. The only thing being shared currently is that it is not COVID-19 related. The reason is a medical emergency involving a staff member.
The Cowboys were set to hold their first full practice following their win over the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday that ended a four-game losing streak. Vikings WR Adam Thielen was placed on the Minnesota COVID list following the game, but owner Jerry Jones indicated the team had no positive tests and are tested daily.
Dallas has a game this Thursday against the Washington Football Team.
If it’s not COVID-related, it must be pretty severe to call off practice and press conferences. Hopefully it’s not, but man that sounds scary.
