Former Alabama offensive lineman Bradley Bozeman was a Sith-round pick in the 2018 NFL Draft by the Baltimore Ravens. After a few seasons there, he signed a one-year deal with the Carolina Panthers ahead of the 2022 season.
With the 2023 season upon NFL front offices, it is time to make some decisions. Should the Panthers re-sign Bozeman, or let him walk in free agency?
Anthony Rizzuti of Panthers Wire lists Bozeman as the highest-priority player to re-sign from the 2022 roster.
“What makes him more valuable, in addition to keeping up this group’s continuity, are the injuries to starting guards Austin Corbett and Brady Christensen,” writes Rizzuti. “If at least one of the two is not healthy enough to kick off the season, Bozeman’s presence would give the Panthers their answer at center and allow them to start Pat Elflein on the interior.”
Bozeman’s versatility to play interior on the line and serve as a serviceable center makes him a key member of a starting unit.
Roll Tide Wire will continue to cover former Alabama players in the NFL as the 2023 offseason progresses.
