QB Desmond Ridder, Cincinnati: The 6-4, 215-pound pro prospect turned his game up a few notches as the season went on, completing 66% of his throws on the year with 30 touchdowns and eight picks. It’s not a crazy thought to call him the best quarterback Alabama has seen all year – Matt Corral from Ole Miss included – with the size, experience, and all-around game to keep up the pace.

RB Jerome Ford, Cincinnati: The Alabama transfer gets a shot at his old team. The home run hitter took over games averaging over six yards per carry with 1,243 yards and 19 scores, crushing Houston with 187 yards and two touchdowns and with a score in each of the last eight games he was healthy for.
