Wisconsin vs Arizona State
QB Jayden Daniels, Arizona State: Will he test out the NFL Draft waters after this? The slim 6-3, 185-pounder is slippery in the open field with 670 rushing yards and six scores, but he had a disappointing year with the passing game with just ten touchdown passes and nine picks. This has to be his showcase game.
DE Tyler Johnson, Arizona State: At 6-4 and 280 he has NFL size to go along with the pass rushing ability to fit in any scheme. Consistent over his four year career, he’s coming into this with 15.5 sacks and 30.5 tackles for loss as one of the leaders on the solid defensive front.
RB Braelon Allen, Wisconsin: The 17-year-old breakout star took over the workhouse early in the season and ripped off seven straight 100-yard games before getting stuffed by Minnesota. Always looking like he’s running downfield, he’s a huge 6-2, 238-pounder with the maturity and patience in his running style beyond his years.
LB Leo Chenal, Wisconsin: On one of the nation’s best defenses and in one of the best linebacking corps in college football, Chenal is a standout with 106 tackles in ten games – he missed the first two games of the year – with a non-stop motor. Always in the backfield, he earned All-Big Ten honors with seven sacks and 17 tackles for loss.
