Boston Celtics obliterate the Brooklyn Nets in 50-point blowout win

Six Celtics players would score in double figures — including two players coming off the bench.

A game after the Brooklyn Nets managed to stay close to the Boston Celtics with a 118-110 win on their own home court of Barclays Center, the Nets were dealt their worst loss of the season as the Celtics romped at TD Garden to the tune of 136-86.

Granted, it was the back end of a back-to-back, but the Nets never truly looked like they had a chance in this one, Brooklyn quickly falling into a considerable deficit, and never managing to dig their way out as it grew as large as 56 points. Six Celtics players would score in double figures — including two players coming off the bench — and Boston tightened their vice grip on the top of the Eastern Conference standings with the win.

The hosts of the CLNS Media “How Bout Them Celtics!” podcast took a closer look at the blowout victory on a recent episode.
