The Boston Celtics recently released a memo on their suspended game policy for fans.
The memo begins by noting all NBA games — Celtics included — will be suspended a minimum of 30 days due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, and continues by assuring fans any tickets already purchased will be honored when games are rescheduled.
In the event the games are not rescheduled, or played in an empty arena as a means of mitigating coronavirus transmission, fans who bought their tickets from the team, the TD Garden box office, or Ticketmaster will have the option of a credit for a future game or a refund.
