The BKFC 41 weigh-ins took place Friday, and the respectful build continued for a pair of UFC veterans.
Former UFC lightweight champion [autotag]Eddie Alvarez[/autotag] is hours away from making his bareknuckle debut against former UFC featherweight title challenger [autotag]Chad Mendes[/autotag].
Alvarez officially weighed in at 165 pounds, while Mendes came in a pound heavier at 166 pounds for their co-main event bout.
During their faceoff, both fighters shook hands and had big smiles on their faces, completing one more respectful pre-fight obligation before they throw down in gloveless competition Saturday evening.
BKFC 41 takes place Saturday at 1STBANK Center in Denver. The main card streams on FITE TV with a $49.99 price point.
