The Buffalo Bills have switched out tight ends.
The team announced that Nick Guggemos signed a one-year deal in Buffalo. In a corresponding move, Zach Davidson was placed on injured reserve with a knee injury, ending his 2023 season.
Guggemos played college football at Division III St. Thomas (MN). The 27-year-old has spent time on practice squads and in training camp with the Cleveland Browns, Seattle Seahawks, Washington Commanders and most recently with the Green Bay Packers in 2022.
He is listed at 6-foot-5, 231 pounds and went undrafted at the 2020 NFL draft.
Guggemos was trying out for the Bills during the team’s 2023 minicamp before signing.
