Bill Murray delightfully serenaded Cubs fans at Wrigley Field with ‘Take Me Out to the Ball Game’

Bill Murray brought the vibes to Friday’s 100 percent capacity Cubs game.

For the first time since the fall of 2019 before the pandemic hit, Wrigley Field is now operating at 100 percent capacity. And what better way to celebrate than with Chicago Cubs super fan Bill Murray hyping up the crowd at an afternoon baseball game?

On Friday, during the Cubs game against the St. Louis Cardinals, Murray not only made an incredible pump-up speech to the crowd — in a Cubs hat and Hawaiian shirt, no less — he also serenaded them with “Take Me Out to the Ball Game” during the seventh-inning stretch.

It’s a performance you absolutely have to see for yourself, as Murray hams it up for the Cubs crowd in the most perfect way possible.

Murray’s shenanigans did not end there, as he was seen enjoying his time at the ballpark and soaking in the good baseball to be had as the Cubs beat the Cardinals 8-5.

Murray also guested on the Marquee Sports Network during the Cubs game, as he called out the Cardinals after an error in the seventh and also spent time on the set postgame just chilling with the hosts!

The absolute vibes Murray was outputting during this game were off the charts and I, for one, am very much here for it.
