Meet the new boss — same as the old boss.

While it was a difficult decision to put yet another new team atop our latest Big Ten power rankings, it had to be done, given some of the stellar play across the conference.

Our most recent No. 1, Iowa, squeaked out a win over Penn State, but other teams impressed more, even though that was a ranked-on-ranked matchup between the No. 3 and 4 teams in the country. Would it be Michigan State, which emphatically beat Rutgers? Ohio State after its dominant win over Maryland? Or Michigan, after it survived a torrid comeback by Nebraska?

Here is our latest power rankings after an exciting Week 6.
