On Saturday morning, we’ll finally know who Michigan football is playing this fall and when.

While most of the Wolverines opponents from the original schedule will remain, given that Michigan had nine conference games and the schedule is now but eight, either Purdue, Wisconsin or Minnesota will be dropped. Given that Wisconsin is a protected crossover, that’s unlikely to happen.

Additionally, will The Game — the annual rivalry between Michigan and Ohio State — take place on the final week of the 2020 season, Thanksgiving weekend or the rescheduled date of Oct. 24, as it appeared on the Big Ten’s conference-only schedule revealed in August?

While Nebraska’s Ronnie Green said that on Friday evening that the Big Ten schedule would be released ‘early next week,’ it appears it will be coming much sooner. FOX Sports announced it will reveal the entire Big Ten schedule live on the Big Noon Kickoff pregame show at 10 a.m. EDT on Saturday morning.

We’ll soon have plenty of scrutinizing to do once we finally know what the Big Ten’s schedule will be.
