As the undefeated, top-ranked team in the nation for much of 2020-21, many expected Wisconsin volleyball to go all the way to a national championship. Although they fell short in the national semifinals, the Badgers have every reason to believe they will be back in the mix during the 2021 postseason.
The Big Ten coaches see Wisconsin as unanimous Big Ten conference champions, as they picked the Badgers to win what would be there third straight conference title.
Wisconsin also has three players on the preseason all-conference squad, as Dana Rettke, Devyn Robinson, and Sydney Hilley all earned the honor.
Wisconsin is just a week away from beginning their season, as the Badgers host TCU on Friday night at UW Fieldhouse.
