EASTERN WASHINGTON (+115) is the better value here in a coin-flip battle in Boise. The Eagles posted a win over Northern Arizona Wednesday in the opening round, and they’ve been more consistent down the stretch with four wins in the past five games, including a win at Northern Colorado (-140) Feb. 24.
Against the spread
EASTERN WASHINGTON +2.5 (-120) is a much better value on the money line, but if you feel strongly this will be a one-possession game in favor of Northern Colorado -2.5 (-105), then roll with the Eagles and the points. The better play is EWU straight up, however.
Over/Under
The OVER 157.5 (-112) is the best play on the board in this Big Sky quarterfinal battle. The Over connected in each of the two regular-season meetings, and the Over is the rule overall for EWU lately. The Over has hit in nine of the past 11 games overall for the Eagles, while the Bears have hit the Over in five of the previous six outings.
