Texas A&M loses ground in the SEC West race falling to Alabama at Kyle Field

108,000 fans piled into Kyle Field to watch the Texas A&M Aggies take on the No. 11 Alabama for first place in the SEC West.

This was a game chalked full of big plays and miscues by both teams, but Alabama was able to score two touchdowns in the third quarter which ultimately put the game just outside of the grasp of the Aggies.

Texas A&M head coach Jimbo Fisher even acknowledged the missed opportunities on offense that could have put the team in a better position to come out with a win.

“You’re right, we gotta score touchdowns in the red zone. You gotta score touchdowns in the red zone. I agree with you a hundred percent.”

The Aggies will need to put this game behind them as they have another tough test in the Tennessee Vols next Saturday.
