Texas A&M (15-10, 6-6 SEC) fell on the road 100-75 to a hot No. 15 Alabama (18-7, 10-2 SEC) on Saturday.
Alabama was favored to win this game and they have been virtually unbeatable at home. So, this loss shouldn’t really hurt them that much in the long run. However, after losing to Vanderbilt and then getting blown out by Bama, fans are starting to feel like they did earlier in the year.
Poor shot selection and a horrible shooting percentage overall gave the Tide way too many opportunities to go on runs resulting in back-to-back threes often. The Aggies still have a chance to make the NCAA tournament but with only six games remainingonly six games remaining until the SEC tournament they have to figure out a way to win a majority of these games.
Texas A&M will be back at Reed Arena on February 20 at 6 p.m. to face the Arkansas Razorbacks
