Best Photos: Texas A&M 34-22 win over the Arkansas Razorbacks

Texas A&M keeps pace in a wide-open SEC West defeating their old SWC foe 34-22 in AT&T Stadium.

The Texas A&M defense gets a standing ovation, and D.J Durkin is no longer in my doghouse. The Aggies entered AT&T Stadium and took the Southwest Classic trophy by force in a 34-22 win.

Bryce Anderson, in tandem with the front seven, harassed KJ Jefferson all day long, never allowing him to settle into the game. For most of the contest, the Aggie defense scored more points than the Razorback offense. They held Arkansas to under 200 yards of total offense, reeled in seven sacks, and 15 tackles for loss.

That wasn’t the end of it either. Not only did they get a pick-six, they held the overall running game to a 1.1 average, and Arkansas starting running back Raheim Sanders was bottled up for a 3.1 average.

The Aggie offense started off very well, then started to have some issues with penalties and protecting the ball. One bright spot that did stand out in the second half was sophomore running back Le’Veon Moss. He closed out the game with some strong runs and finished the day with 107 yards on 17 carries.

Below, you can check out the best photos from the game on Saturday.
