The Oklahoma Sooners and Oklahoma State Cowgirls played a fantastic game in the Norman edition of Bedlam. The Sooners came out on top with a 97-93 win after falling behind by as many as 12 points early in the third quarter.
The Cowgirls kept Oklahoma at bay for much of the game. The Sooners didn’t get a lead in the second half until just under the five-minute mark. The two sides went back and forth in front of what was the best-attended women’s game at the Lloyd Noble Center since 2013.
Madi Williams led the way with 26 points as four Sooners scored in double-figures.
Jennie Baranczyk has her team playing at an incredibly high level in her second year at the helm. She’s got the Sooners in first place in the Big 12 with a 6-1 record and a 16-2 record overall.
Winners of five straight, the Sooners are on a roll and will have another tough test when they go on the road to face the Texas Longhorns on Tuesday. But until then, let’s enjoy some fantastic shots from the Sooners’ win over Oklahoma State.
