Michigan State football was simply overmatched (yet again) against Ohio State on Saturday night.
The Spartans played well enough to be in a single-score game into the second half, but once again critical mistakes killed Michigan State. Ohio State ultimately won by the final score of 38-7.
With the loss to Ohio State, Michigan State is now 3-2 overall and 1-1 in Big Ten play. Michigan State will head out west for its next game in a road matchup at Oregon. Kickoff is scheduled for 9 p.m. ET on Friday and the game will be televised on FOX.
