The Miami Dolphins were defeated by the Minnesota Vikings in Week 6, 24-16, suffering their third loss in as many weeks and dropping from the top spot in the conference to a tie for the third spot in the AFC East.
A combination of injuries, penalties and turnovers kept Mike McDaniel’s team from righting the ship against the Vikings. Miami lost a number of key players throughout the contest, including Skylar Thompson, Nik Needham, Trey Flowers and Keion Crossen at different points. They also recorded 10 penalties for nearly 100 yards and gave the ball away three times without taking it away.
While the Dolphins moved the ball better than Minnesota, they weren’t able to secure a victory.
At least there were some solid pictures, right?
