With Auburn needing a win against the Missouri Tigers Tuesday night, they did so in dominant fashion. Crushing the road Tigers 89-56 inside Neville Arena.
Auburn controlled the game in every phase, shooting 48.5% from the field and holding a great Missouri offense to just 18 first-half points. [autotag]K.D. Johnson[/autotag] led the way for Auburn in the opening half, scoring 14 points and going 4-of-5 from deep.
The Tigers were able to play 12 different players as they pushed the lead to over 30 in the second half and six of them scored eight or more points.
[autotag]Johni Broome[/autotag] (20), [autotag]Allen Flanigan[/autotag] (16), and Johnson (15) also scored in double figures with Broome adding 10 rebounds to secure his ninth double-double of the season.
